Cape Rawai Villas Phuket, Thailand is a small estate of four luxury serviced villas set amongst coconut and rubber trees, yet only a short walk from shops and restaurants, and a few minutes drive from probably the most beautiful beaches in Phuket.
Each villa is a secure unit with an electronic entry gate leading to undercover parking.The plot size is approx 410 sq m, with a built area of 200 sq m including an infinity pool of 35 sq m. Three large bedrooms all look on to the pool, each has a king size bed with Thai silk covers and cushions, air conditioning, fan, large built in wardrobe, and elegant Thai furnishings.
Each bedroom is en suite with a bathroom which, to suit the climate is a fully tiled wet room. Off the living room is a small study/4th bedroom with high speed internet connection which serves the rest of the villa. The living room has seating for eight and a glass top dining table to seat six, a 42’’ television, a fan, air conditioning and stylish Thai furnishings.
The European style kitchen has fridge freezer, four plate electric hop, canopy ,microwave oven, cooking utensils, pots pans, plates, cutlery etc. and a separate laundry room with washing machine. The covered outside lounge area has a table and four chairs for al fresco eating, and a swing chair for relaxing in the shade. Around the pool are four sun loungers and there is a fourth bathroom and shower for guests.
There is a safe in the master bedroom cupboard. There is Maid service twice a week to clean and change the sheets and towels, cotton bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are provided. Both pool and garden maintenance is provided twice a week.
