With hillside access on a good surfaced road, the villa has single vehicle parking with foyer access. The gold leaf double front doors make a grand entrance from the road, as you enter the vast cool foyer, you are afforded access to four guest bedrooms ensuite, a Budhist contemplation area with window waterfall and fish tank walled entertainment room as well as access to the living and pool area bedrooms above.
There are two bedrooms with double beds on the foyer level, both en suite with drssing rooms and shower. The rooms have views over the valley and come with flat screen TV’s.
The two other bedrooms on the foyer level are both en suite and have no views but are suitably located to take advantage of the entertainment room as a family wanting private space for kids and personal time.
The foyer area can be used as a multifunctional area if wanting to entertain indoors during inclement weather.
Climbing the glass encased staircase to the upper level you come to appreciate the views over Kamala Valley and across the bay. The upper level consists of a large open plan main dining table for up to 12 persons, a second dining table for 6 and the open plan kitchen. This layout together with the sliding doors onto the pool area make for an ideal family holiday home. Both the main and second dining area are appointed with wall mounted flat screen TV’s. Adjoining the mian living area is a separate lounge ith wall mounted entertainment system.
Fronting the upstairs entertainment area is a large pool deck which serves as access to the large Master and second bedrooms. Both are ensuite with some of the best views over the valley to the beach beyond. The master bedroom has and additional day table and chairs suitable for light lunches.
The pool deck surrounds the 6x12 meter pool and provides ample space for sun lounges, al fresco dining for 8 and entertainment. Although guests may need access to a vehicle for travels around the island, this home provides all you need for groups or families on holiday.
