Villa Petina
Villa Petina is a four-bedroom home in the Kamala Nathong development, situated in the quiet valley of Kamala. The development is 300 meters from the main road. Like other units in the development, it has a mix design of Thai and Pan – Asian styles. Besides, there is a luxury club house which offers the residents the free use of the swimming pool, children pool, fitness room, sauna and wireless Internet. A snack bar is also available there.
The house is entered through the parking area in the front of the house. At a glance, you will notice that the L-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by the four bedrooms and living area, offering the residents direct access to the pool. There are also sun beds by the pool for your sunbathing, too. All bedrooms here are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms with showers with three of them having bathtubs.
Just a couple of steps away, you will encounter the third and forth bedrooms on the right hand side. At the very far end, a front door leads you to the second bedroom. It is here where you can find spacious living and dining areas that come with a cozy sofa and a dining table seating 6 or 8 respectively. Giving a relaxating feeling, glass windows have been put up on the two sides of the room – ones leading to the pool at front and the others leading to the outdoor living space at the back where another sofa set for five is placed. At the other end of the area, the fully furnished kitchen and the master bedroom are located.
