In situations where power supply, water supply or flooding from heavy rains occurred PIPS were always immediately on the scene to determine the nature of the problem and resolve it in minimal time. They have great rapport with local government offices, which helps to solve certain issues such as flood water handling."

"Hi Jeab - I feel bad that I don't think I emailed after we got back from Phuket in February to say thank you again for taking care of us during our stay at Baan Chai Nam.
Better news though - Jacob and I want to come back to Baan Chai Nam before the end of 2010 because 2011 will be too busy for us to take holidays. It means we will only be able to stay probably for 11 nights, but we love Phuket so much that we will have to be happy with that!

We have just returned from 1 month of absolute Bliss at Club Lersuang Resort in Phuket, booked with PIPS. I have to admit to being very nervous about booking our holiday over the Internet through a group that I did not recognise as a major Hotel chain, as we would normally purchase any holiday through a travel agent. Thank God I did, because this has been absolutely the best experience that I have ever had both service, value and quality of product provided to our family. We took advantage of the cheap rates during the months of June and July and stayed for 30 days to reduce our rate even further, we still find it hard to believe the quality of the accommodation for the price that we paid. The Bang Tao area was extremely quiet at this time which suited us down to the ground, making for a very relaxed holiday. Bang Tao Beach is not Patong, Karon or Kamala and I hope it stays this way, however we found these areas close enough when needed. There were plenty of other restaurants and services within easy walking distance, in fact by the end of our stay we never felt the need to go more than 250m from the resort. I must at this point mention NOK & JO's Bar and Restaurant down the little sandy track Buffet BBQ Wed and Sun a must..."
