The living area is light and spacious with open plan living and dining overlooking the pool and Kata valley. Sliding doors allow for aircon comfort or the sea breeze easiness of tropical living. The home is surrounded by lush vegetation offering both privacy and tranquillity.
The kitchen is functional with all the top European equipment to whip up a meal. The 2nd bedroom is also on this level with direct access to the pool.. The pool area is superb for lazy day relaxation. Divided into 2 parts by a bridge that spans the water, it provides access to the sala. This sala is ideal for afternoon massages or general lay bouts that wish to enjoy this home to the full.
The Master bedroom is upstairs and most spacious indeed. The en-suite bathroom / change room are incorporated into the room with balconies on both sides. Storage and cupboard space abound. The master bedroom has it's own television set..
The lower level has the 3rd bedroom, en-suite, utility room and a "games room" with satellite TV and DVD / Hi Fi. This room could be made to accommodate another bed if necessary and sleep an additional 2 persons.
