Since the house is in a quiet area, making it an ideal place for a couple or a family who are looking for a private place for their long-term stay.
The front door enters to the living & dining area with the office room on the left hand side and the two bedrooms on the right hand side. The sofa seating 6 is set right in front along with a flat screen TV and a VCD/DVD player. outside. The kitchen area has been extended to the side of house, giving an easy access to the car park and enhancing the usable area inside.
