We've changed Prima Villa is now Baan Karon Beach . The villa is situated in a quiet Soi off Patak Road which runs behind the Hilton Arcadia and The Crown Plaza Karon at Karon beach.
The villa is available for holiday and short term rental
Situated on a secure estate with 24hr security, the estate comprises 5 two bed roomed villas each with a private pool.
The villas comprise an open plan living / Dining / kitchen area and two En suite bedrooms which enclose the 6x4m private pool. These are individually furnished in a contemporary Thai style drawing on furnishing influences from across the nation
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a mini bar fridge stocked for your enjoyment. The villa will be serviced by the housekeeping staff on a daily basis and fresh linens provided every 3 days.
The Daily rate includes complimentary as following:
- Daily cleaning, twice weekly linen change
- Daily breakfast
- Welcome mini bar free (Full water, soft drinks, fruits)
- Computer and Internet service, Cable TV, Audio & DVD
- Mobile phone service
- Full electricity, water and 24 Hr security guard
