The kitchen, living and dining areas are open plan with views over the large shared pool, which forms the focus of the development. A small balcony is reached through 3 partition sliding doors, which allows the regular breeze to naturally cool the apartment. There is of course full air conditioning if desired.

The master bedroom looks over the pool and is ensuite with shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and is situated to the rear of the apartment. The third bedroom has a single bed.

There is a modern theme in the design and furnishings of the home. The kitchen has both oven and hob as well as microwave.
