  • Full information on location and facilities
  • Access to the home for photos or provision of photos of a suitable standard
  • Advance notice on periods of intended owner occupation ***
  • Inventory of items that would need to be checked ***
  • Full instructions on the house should the owner not be available in times of emergency ***
  • 1 Full set of keys with one set spare for tenants. *
  • If the Owner does not live in Phuket, a representative who is familiar with the house to attend to engineering or emergency issues *
  • Staff to provide daily cleaning services and twice weekly linen changes, guest supplies, welcome pack and relevant printed guest orientation materials *
  • Completion and signing of the PIPS Letting services agreement.

This lovely second floor apartment is situated on the small, unique Kamala Hills development, quietly nestling in the beautiful Kamala valley, near to the waterfall. A mere 5-minute drive from the beach, it offers the advantage of tranquil surroundings whilst being in close proximity to all of the area"s amenities.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are open plan with views over the three large shared pools and cascade, which form the central focus of the development.

There is a patio at the rear, overlooking the pools. The patio is reached through large glazed sliding doors, which allow the regular breeze to naturally cool the apartment. There is full air conditioning, with ceiling fans in addition. The balcony at the front of the property, overlooks the jungle.

The master bedroom, with queen-size bed, also overlooks the pools and is en-suite. The guest bedroom number one has queen-size bed. The guest bedroom number two has one single bed. Both guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom with walk-in shower.

There is a modern theme in the design and furnishings of the home. For example, the kitchen also contains an American style fridge/freezer with chilled water, ice cube dispensers, ( fed with filtered , sterilized water). The apartment has the benefit of a dedicated covered parking space.
